Our
Lawn Maintenance for commercial properties are executed with
professional care. All field work will be performed
under the supervision of a qualified trained specialist.
Operators are licensed for all functions, including spraying
and irrigation where required. Greenforest Landscaping
& Maintenance will conduct themselves in a workmanlike and
efficient manner at all times.
Upon
Request, Greenforest Landscaping & Maintenance will
furnish certificates of insurance evidencing appropriate
comprehensive general, automobile, liability and property
damage coverage protecting against claims for bodily injury or
property damage arising from the performance of work.
Greenforest
Landscaping & Maintenance is properly licensed as a
specialty contractor under the laws for the state of Texas and
possesses all necessary licenses to perform this services.
Standard
Services
Standard
services will be provided for the customer at such frequencies
agreed on by the customer and Greenforest.

- Mowing, Edging, Trimming (Nylon Line) and Sweeping.

Trees and Groundcovers - Pruning, Weed Control and Hedge

Clean up - Leaf Removal

Services Available
Additional
services will be provided for and additional charge. This services will be provided for the customer at such frequencies
agreed on by the customer and Greenforest.

Services - Seasonal Color, Landscape Design, Winter Rye & Leaf Removal.

Irrigation
Services - New Installation, Check/Repairs and System
Analysis.

Tree
Services - New Installation, Tree Pruning and Tree Removal.

Application
for Turf, Trees and Groundcovers - Fertilization, Weed,
Insect and Disease Control

Other
Optional Services - Leaf fall may be removed from turf and
planting bed areas each fall.
